TAG is a post-apocalyptic time loop book with a former pro wrestler as the main character. Sci-Fi and wrestling fans alike will also enjoy the gimmicky heel that Kenny Casanova’s brings to this universe, as he is one you will not want to miss. This action-packed time travel novel is a smart PG-13 read with fast mini-story chapters written to easily allow you to put it down whenever you want …even though you won’t want to!
THE STORY – Former pro wrestler Nick Merrick (aka Mick “The Miracle Man” Mericco) is in a chunk of a NYC subway that disappears right as World War III begins. Lost in another dimension, Nick and his fellow train passengers realize that they are stuck in a “time loop.” At the start of each cycle, they have 15 minutes to escape before their train derails ending in a massive explosion that could kill them all. Each time they evacuate, they strangely teleport back in time. There, they must locate and discretely “tag” their younger doubles only to restart the loop all over again.
The players hope that playing the game right will eventually send them home. However, one rulebreaker wants to break the cycle by breaking the only rule, “never risk changing history.” Instead, the former wrestler seeks help from others in his past. In his toughest match ever, he could either win the game saving them all, or lose their lives forever.
SCI–FI STYLE – Readers say that TAG: A Time Travel Story is like Doctor Who, LOST or Quantum Leap with a little bit of Groundhog Day. In the spirit of Running Man, or even The Hunger Games, this book is about a game of tag through time …and survival.
